Why 55+?
Community
At this point in life, many people discover that their “WHY” revolves around community—a natural shift when you think about where we started. As children, our friends were some of the most important people in our lives.
Then we grew older, and our focus shifted—career, family, or sometimes both. But now, in retirement, friendships are once again front and center. It’s about having friends to laugh with, to share tears with, and simply to connect with. The sense of community is one of the greatest joys of Active Adult Living.

Got Friday night plans?
Moving to a 55+ community can really do wonders for your social life—it’s like getting your Friday night plans back.
Picture it, instead of sitting at home, you’ll have things to look forward to, like playing cards with neighbors, getting dolled up for a dance, or even catching a show with the group. It’s a great way to meet new people and just enjoy life a little more, with plenty of laughs and good times along the way.
Company in the boat
It’s not that younger folks are bad—it’s just that they’re on a totally different vibe. When you’re hanging out with others in the 55+ crowd, you get to feel a little younger yourself, surrounded by people who get where you’re coming from and are in the same boat.
